How to Reset my Password?

When on the Member Log-in Page for any of our Products you will see a little "Forgot Password" Link.

Click that link and on the next page you will Enter the Email Address that is registered on the site.

You will then receive a System Generated Email with a link to Reset Your Password.

IMPORTANT : If you don't see this Reset Password Email in your Inbox then do a quick search for "Reset Password" and you will see it right at the top of your results.

Email providers often filter out these Reset Emails but the system will have sent it so please do this search before submitting an ticket to Support.
