If this is the first time you set out to print some marketing materials, here are some tips to help you get started.
Easy Offline Wizard has 9 print categories. Each category has their own sizes. The image we download from Easy Offline Wizard has an additional 0.125 inch(Bleed Areas) on all 4 sides. The size is being extended to avoid white edges after trimming.
Actual size - is the document's size after being printed and trimmed.
Dimension with bleeds - is the document's Actual Size plus the Bleed Area(0.125 inch) on all 4 sides.
For example, let's say we are working on a Business Card. The standard size for Business Cards is 3.5 x 2 inches and that is also the actual size. Then we add 0.125 inch Bleed on every side making the dimension 3.75 x 2.25 inches - and this is the size Easy Offline Wizard shows and the size we download.
Note: It is important that you advise your printer of the dimensions of your design. Also, tell them that you are using a 0.125 inch beed area on all sides.

If you choose to upload your own images inside your designs, we recommend you use only high-resolution images. This will ensure that your image scale well when printed. Also avoid stretching photos beyond their original size if possible.
Once you have the design you want to print, you need to ask the printers what type of file they require.
1. Usually a high-resolution jpg file is needed and you can use the downloaded image as is.
2. Some printers will require you to submit a PDF file (Portable Document Format). You can easily convert your image (.JPG) to a PDF file for free with this tool: www.convertonlinefree.com
