Once you Submit a Ticket you will be Sent a Welcome Email if it is your first time in using the Support Desk. You will need to Click the Verification Link in this email so that your Support Ticket is Verified and you can Create Your Login Details for the Support Desk.
Once you have Verified your Support Ticket you will get a response within 48 - 72 HRS (excluding Holidays)
