*READ THIS* Before Submitting a Ticket

Thanks for using CunMark Customer Support. We want to make sure you get all the help you need in the quickest possible time so before Submitting a Ticket please check out the FAQs and Videos in our Knowledge Base.

There is a good chance that your question has already been asked before and the answer has been posted in there.

If you don't find your answer then feel free to submit a ticket and include :

  • Purchase Information (Transaction ID and Email Address)
  • Full Details of your problem

Once you Submit a Ticket you will be Sent a Welcome Email if it is your first time in using the Support Desk. You will need to Click the Verification Link in this email so that your Support Ticket is Verified and you can Create Your Login Details for the Support Desk.

Once you have Verified your Support Ticket you will get a response within 48 - 72 HRS (excluding Holidays)
