The most common reason why you cannot access your Marketers HQ account is because your most recent membership payment did not go through.
How this works is...
After the 5 Day Trial finished the payment system tries to process the first months payment of 9.95 (and then each month thereafter) If a payment does not go through it will retry 4 times over a number of days and after that it automatically cancels the subscription.
When that happens our system gets notified and it closes access to the account.
How to Fix this...
It's best to take a look that everything is okay with your PayPal account so that your membership payments are able to process okay and there is no further interruption in service.
Usually when this happens it's because PayPal don't have an alternative funding source linked up (maybe the credit card on file has expired) and that causes the payment to fail if there are not enough funds in the PayPal balance.
